Thyme
Thyme oil is a clear, pale yellow liquid, with
a warm, spicy-herbaceous aroma. It is stimulating and purifying,
warming and restorative.
Uses: helpful for oily skin, strengthens and restores vitality,
treats aches and pains, laryngitis, sore throats, tonsilitis,
colds and flu, cellulite, improves circulation, acne, bruises,
burns, cuts, insect bites, lice, arthritis, gout, headaches, stress
related complaints, muscular aches and pains.
Methods: Vaporiser, Massage Oil.
Cautions: Avoid during pregnancy, if suffering from high
blood pressure, or epilepsy.
