Myrrh (5mls)

A rich warming oil, made from tree resin, and which has been used for over 3,000 years ! Has a marked healing effect on the skin. Used in Egypt for rejuvenating face masks and one of the gifts of the Three Wise Men. The name is derived from the Arabic word 'murr' meaning 'bitter'.

Uses: Athletes Foot, bronchitis, coughs, cuts, eczema, irritated and mature skin, gum infections, ringworm and weeping sores.

Methods: Bath, Massage and Skin Oil, Vaporisation.

Cautions: Avoid during pregnancy.
