Fennel
A pale yellow oil with a sweet, anise like
scent. Well known as an ingredient in Gripe Water. Has a cleansing
effect on the systems of the body.
Uses: Arthritis, bruises, cellulitis, indeiogestion and
flatulence, rheumatism and water retention.
Methods: Bath, Massage and Skin Oil.
Cautions: Avoid during first 4 months of pregnancy. Use
in moderation due to toxicity levels. Not suitable for young children
or epileptics. NB Bitter Fennel Oil should not be used at all.
