Roman Chamomile (5mls)

German Chamomile (or blue Chamomile) and Roman Chamomile (a greeny blue oil) share very similar properties. They are both excellent sedative and anti-spasmodic oils, though German Chamomile has superior qualities when used as a anti-inflammatory agent for skin care. Used in Europe for over 2,000 years, and regarded by the Saxons as one of their nine sacred herbs. Egyptians priests dedicated the plant to Ra, their Sun God.

Uses: Abscesses, acne, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, boils, bruises, burns, cold sores, cystitis, eczema, hair care (especially for blonde hair) hayfever, headaches, high blood pressure, inflammation, insomnia, muscular aches and pains, nervous tension, period pain, rheumatism, scanty periods, sprains, stress, sunburn, thread veins and toothache.

Methods: Bath, Massage, Skin Oil, Vaporisation.

Caution: The essential oils Ormenis Oil, Chamomile Maroc or Moroccan Chamomile are not true chamomiles and do not contain the same properties.
