Benzoin
A rich essential oil, made from tree resin,
with a sweet vanilla-like aroma, most well known as an ingredient
on 'Friar's Balsam'. Has a comforting and soothing effect on the
heart and emotions, cleansing and energising effect on the systems
of the body. A good skin care oil.
Uses: Bronchitis, coughs, cuts, depression, eczema, chapped
or irritated skin, nervous tension and stress.
Methods: Bath, Massage, Skin Oil, Vaporisation.
