Basil
A pale yellowy-green oil with a sweet, herbaceous
scent. Has a refreshing & purifying effect on the mind; a stimulating
and fortifying effect on the body.
Uses: Depression, upset stomachs and indigestion, insect
repellant and nervous fatigue. Aids concentration.
Methods: Bath (3-5 drops only), Massage, Vaporisation.
Caution: Avoid using during pregnancy, may cause irritation
- use in moderation. Not suitable for young children.
