Blissful Baths

Remember : you can use single oils, or a blend, but never exceed
10 drops in total.
- Why not try the Gold specially blended Bath
and Massage oils and avoid all the hard work of mixing
your own potion?
- For a bath to relieve Headaches : 3 drops Chamomile
oil, 3 drops Lavender
oil, 2 drops Marjoram
oil, 1 drop Thyme
oil, 1 drop Peppermint
Oil.
- For a Cellulite Bath: 3 drops Lemon
oil, 2 drops Cypress
oil, 2 drops Fennel
oil, 2 drops Rosemary
oil, 1 drop Thyme
Oil.
- For Muscle Aches: 4 drops Juniper
oil, 4 drops Lemon
oil, 2 drops Thyme
Oil.
- For a Relaxing Bath:
In Summer: Add 4 drops Lavender,
4 drops Neroli
and 2 drops Geranium
to bath.
In Winter: Add 3 drops Sandalwood,
3 drops Ylang Ylang
and 2 drops Pine.
After a Hard Day: Add 5 drops Rose
and 5 drops Lavender.
- For an Invigorating Bath:
In Summer: Add 2 drops Lemon,
3 drops Peppermint
and 3 drops Rosemary.
In Winter: Add 3 drops Eucalyptus,
3 drops Clary Sage
and 2 drops Peppermint.
After a Hard Day: 5 drops Patchouli
and 4 drops Peppermint.
