Body Scrubs

Smoothe your skin with a body scrub - simply wash your skin in the
normal way, then massage one of these scrubs over your body. Rinse
and then follow with a body moisturiser.
- Orange Grove Body Scrub - suitable for dry skins. Take 4 tablespoon
sugar, 2 tablespoon of sweet almond oil, 20 drops Orange
essential oil, I orange. Remove the zest from the orange,
then mix all the ingredients together and store in a jar. Massage
over body after bathing.
- Lime Body Smoother - suitable for most skin types. Take 4 tablespoon
sugar, 2 teaspoon poppy seeds, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 20 drops
lime essential oil. Mix all the ingredients together and store
in a jar. Massage over body after bathing.
- Banana Smoothie - a gentle body scrub for sensitive skins. Take
1 banana 1 tablespoon powdered milk, 1 tablespoon oatmeal, 2 teaspoon
of honey. Mash the banana, mix all the ingredients together and
store in a jar. Massage over body after bathing. Use within a
couple of days, and store in the fridge.
